WHAT IS CRYOSLIM™?
Destroy fat and lose inches, all in 30-40 minutes. During a CryoSlim™ session the skin is warmed then rapidly cooled. CryoSlim™ treatment is the first of its kind in the US. The treatment consists of a 3 phase thermal shock that will help naturally destroy fat cells. Whether you’re looking to lose fat on your stomach, thighs, arms or back, this is the solution for you. CryoSlim™ uses the science of cryolipolysis (cell death) to freeze fat, causing the cell death of subcutaneous fat tissue without damaging the surrounding tissue and increases oxygen supply which aids in collagen. The destroyed fat cells then pass naturally through your body’s lymphatic system over the next two weeks. Results are generally visible after the first treatment; however, it should be noted that the first results appear 15-21 days after the first treatment. The general recommendation is 5 sessions to obtain the best results. Since slimming is more permanent, the results could extend for several months afterwards.

CAN YOU TREAT ALL HAIR AND SKIN TYPES?Yes! Our Veloce Diode can safely treat all skin types I-VI, even newly tanned skin. While the laser targets all hair types, different colors will have a varied reaction. Very dark hair to dark blonde will respond well to treatment, whereas white and grey hairs may be less responsive. Generally, a higher contrast of melanin between skin type and hair color delivers better results.

CAN YOU TREAT ALL BODY AREAS?Yes, our Veloce Diode laser safely treats all body areas, even private areas. The most popular treatment areas are the legs, arms, back, underarms, chest, upper lip, and bikini.

HOW MANY TREATMENTS WILL I NEED?An average of six to ten treatments are needed for long-lasting hair reduction. WHY MULTIPLE SESSIONS? Every client needs multiple treatments to target each hair during its anagen phase or active growing stage. During a hair removal session, all the hairs in an area are treated without knowing which growth phase they’re in. Only the anagen phase hairs respond to treatment, so multiple sessions are necessary to target the untreated anagen hairs later on.

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS OR DOWNTIME?Laser hair removal is a very safe procedure with little to no side effects and no downtime. Our Veloce Diode light energy safely penetrates through the skin without damaging any surrounding skin tissue. Common side effects include temporary redness, itchiness, and skin swelling, which all subside within a few hours following treatment. Aloe vera is used to soothe the skin post-treatment or an anti-inflammatory cream .

When Can I Expect To See Results?Every person’s physiology is different. However, the dissolving of the fat cells and the bodies’ ability to naturally metabolise them out of the body is a gradual process. Initial results can be seen after 4 – 8 weeks with final results seen around 8-12 weeks after the treatment. Clinical tests and studies have shown an average loss of 27% or 2-3 cm in the treated area.

How often can I get treatments?CryoSlimming® treatments can be performed once every 14 days and CryoToning®/CryoFacial treatments can be performed every 3-7 days.

How long are Cryoskin treatments?The treatment lasts 20-44 minutes depending on the desired area and treatment type.

How long will results last?Results will depend on the individual and their lifestyle. CryoSlimming® is permanent with a healthy diet and lifestyle. CryoToning® and CryoFacials require maintenance treatments.

How quickly will I see results?Results are typically visible after the first 5 treatments however some can see results immediately. Results continue to improve for 48 hours after the treatment.

What should I do pre/post treatment?Avoid working out 2 hours pre-treatment. Avoid carbs/sugars for a minimum of 2 hours before and after the treatment. Ensure that you drink enough water (half your body weight in ounces) every day for the 14 days following your treatment.
